a new Microsoft account, email them their password and automatically add them to the

- Grant existing users special permissions inside the team portal
beyond just being an "owner" or "member" of a team.
This update contains bug fixes and improvements:
- Performance Improvements: Flask Server
- Rosters now take significantly less time to build when compared
to the legacy portal from NASCAR Car Wash.
- Most configuration options are now deployed in the cloud
(Firebase) and can be hot-switched in real-time.
- Newly spawned Teams in MSFT Teams no longer require a reboot
and configuration modification to set them active. Once a new location is made in Teams,
it automatically becomes active in the portal and all the team members in that
department will become visible. Please allow up to one hour before the new team appears
in the portal.
- Less database calls allowing faster processing of data
server-side
- Scheduled tasks in seperate threads now in place.
